happy birthday gory!

i baked a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. thankfully it tastes better than it looks (i had a bite this morning).

i found the cake on the floor next to the fridge. it looks as though greg found candles and had his own little birthday celebration. i am not sure if anyone else was in attendance.

last night proved beyond a reasonable doubt that we do not have mice. when i picked the slightly staled cake from the floor this morning, there was no mouse residue to be found. either that, or we have very picky mice.
